Before buying a used car, you can check its history. Before booking a hotel, you can read hundreds of reviews. But before signing a lease and committing thousands of dollars, renters often have to make that decision with very little information about the landlord or property manager.

Fairenting was created to help change that.

We're building a mobile-first rental information platform designed to give renters useful information and guidance when they need it — whether they're searching for their next home, reviewing a lease, moving in, living in a rental, or preparing to move out.

Fairenting isn't a course you have to study or a complicated rental manual.

It's designed to be there when you need it.
